I'm sooo behind on blogging! I have lot's of things that I've missed. Lot's of things happend the month of December...
I had my tonsils removed.
I know a few people whos kids had their tonsils removed, it took them maybe 2-3 days to be back to normal. Seems like no big thing.
However, for an adult it's a completely different story. It was absolutely miserable. haha... I couldn't talk, I couldn't eat, I couldn't drink, basically I could almost not swallow anything! I definitely don't suggest doing this unless you HAVE to! I was miserable until a couple days before Christmas. Glad it's over with!
During that time was mine and Blakes 2nd anniversary! The day of our anniversary I slept till 1230. haha (pain killers knock me out) Blake woke me up with fresh flowers and a kiss telling me happy anniversary. He then suprised me with these:
The wedding bands to my ring! I was sooooo excited! When we got engaged I didn't want the wedding bands. I liked it better without for some reason. But the last couple years I've been wishing I'd gotten the bands as well, so Blake suprised me :) I am in love with them!
Also during that same week of our anniverary, Blake finished school! He took his last final on 12/15/10. I am so proud of him! He graduated with honors from the University of Utah and now has a BS in Finance. Blake is the hardest worker I have ever met. Since we've been married he is constantly doing more than most people would even consider. He was always working full time and going to school full time, sometimes more. Not only does he take on these things but he masters and perfects them!
Some more good news! The last semester of school Blake began applying for different jobs. He was offered some wonderful opportunities and we have felt extremely blessed to have the options we have had. In the end, he accepted an offer with Zimmer as a Medical Sales Rep! Blake is really excited about this opportunity. It's something he's always wanted to do and I know he will excel. :)
To start this job, Blake will move to Indiana for 6 months. Yeah LONG time! I am staying here for now. He has some traveling the first month so I figure why quit my job, go and just be alone the majority of the time with nothing to do? So for now we are just playing it by ear! There is a chance he'll be back in Utah for a month in March and for the month of May, so we'll see what happens! I'll keep ya updated :) He left this morning..I am going to miss him a lot. I'll just keep reminding myself its not forever...it's not a mission..haha
We had a beautiful Christmas. I was finally coming off the pain killers and feeling better from getting my tonsils removed and we spent lots of time with family! We have been using blakes brother Isaacs car as a second car while he's been on his mission, and Isaac was close to coming home, so for Christmas I got a new car! I got an Acura MDX and I LOVE it. I'm so excited that I have a car that does well in the snow I can't even stand it. haha (remember this?! )
& the last of the good news, Blakes brother Isaac got home! He served a mission in Monterey, Mexico and still has a slight mexican accent! It's been so cool to hear all his mission stories and about the people of Mexico. & yes Ladies, he's single!
Welcome home Isaac!
That's all for now! Hope everyone had a good holiday!

I am one of those people prone to headaches, migraine and colds. Usually, my first recourse is White Flower Embrocation (embrocation.50webs.com), also called White Flower Oil
