Alright, we have a change of plan!
Me and Blake decided against the condo in Daybreak.
We found a townhouse in Herriman that we fell in love with...As soon as we saw it, we felt really good about it & everything kind of just fell into place!
So, we made an offer... and they accepted it!

These aren't the best pictures, but you get the gist! We are soooo excited! One of the best parts is that it's already built, so we don't have to wait till October for it to be done! We are going to make a few changes before we move in (flooring and paint) but we should close no later than my birthday (August 5th) and then we'll probably move in a couple weeks after that.

Lucky ducks! J and I will be moving into a rental home in logan with (no joke) BLUE carpet in the kitchen. way cool huh. living in a house that is 100 years old comes with great perks like that. I'm way happy for the two of you. congrats!
